Re:Ok Robin, we're rolling. I want to change my lifestyle this year

to be more healthy in my eating and exercising. This means no slacking off

but incorporation of a lifestyle. I have not been able to do this for any

length of time before.

One technique in problem-solving is to realize that there are always at

least half a dozen solutions to any single problem. Some may seem

ridiculous at first but they're still solutions. (To crack an egg, for

example, you ***could*** slice it in two with a very sharp knife or tie it

up in a little girl's shoelace and fling it against the refrigerator. . . .

.. ) Perhaps not practical but a solution nonetheless. We need to take

this approach to finding ways for us to stay LC no matter what. If you

developed a horrible allergy to eggs, you'd have to, right? So find

solutions!!! Be creative, silly, innovative, pragmatic, emphatic,

autocratic. . . Who cares what kind of -ic people think you are --- we all

deserve to take care of ourselves.

Well first I have to get through the first week without cheating. So far

today I haven't cheated, but I haven't done induction either. I think I

need to ease my way into it. I will be on induction by the first. And now

I am off to exercise, I hope. (I know, Iknow).

LC and not give up and say there is no way .. cus there is a way to stay LC

if its to your dads you take some food or a conference you either ask for

special food or bring your own .. and no need to eat the potatos and the

rolls .. ok/????

Thanks a! I am.

December has been challenging.

My DH is still training, my sister is still fighting the horrible infection

and my niece's husband is home from the hospital after the brain aneurysm.

So we have a lot to be grateful for. I have to stop eating my emotions!!!

Low carb has been in fits and starts. So I like the new challenge. I will

be along with everyone except for the menus. That makes me crazy. And

would ensure failure. But the rest of the reporting and stats will be part

of my challenge.

(Checking in with my supplement no cheat challenge has worked because it's

been periodic. Then I'm more accountable to myself. You know?) :)
