Guest guest
Hi and I agree with except about the lactic acid. Lactic acid is not made from milk, it happens to be the sugar found in milk but is commercially made by fermentation of grain or sugars with certain bacteria, usually lactobacillus. The ingredients all look fine to me, except for the salt. I suspect it might be sea salt, but even if it isn't, there's no way to know whether or not it is iodized :-( Also, the dry sour has lactic acid, which is derived from dairy, and so not allowed. It may be an insignificant amount, but I wouldn't take the chance. Sorry to rain on your bread parade.
