Hi and

I agree with except about the lactic acid. Lactic acid is not

made from milk, it happens to be the sugar found in milk but is

commercially made by fermentation of grain or sugars with certain

bacteria, usually lactobacillus.

Sorry to have ignored your question the first time.

The ingredients all look fine to me, except for the salt. I suspect

it might be sea salt, but even if it isn't, there's no way to know

whether or not it is iodized :-(

Also, the dry sour has lactic acid, which is derived from dairy, and so

not allowed. It may be an insignificant amount, but I wouldn't take

the chance.
