Guest guest
My joint pain was improving a bit even on my puny l 3/4 grains Armour....some days barely there.....but today the weather is super cold, stormy, rainy & I'm feeling like a ton ten truck ran over me last night. I'm also super tired & stiffer today. It's the weather. The arthritis always has felt worse when the barometer drops. Re: joint pain >>I am now at 2 1/2 grains, and am still having joint pain and muscle stiffness in my feet that comes and goes. Will this clear as I move up in dosage? I haven't been on that amount for very long, only about 4 days now. But, when I increased, these new aches began << Most of my joint pain went away when I hit about 3.5 grains a day, though I still had some. My guess is the new pain is more weather related than increasing the dosage. Has it been raining where you are? Colder? It has been miserable here, especially today! Cold misty drizzle all day but the only thing hurting on me is a little lower back pain which I always have. Nothing at all compared to the crippling hip, shoulder and elbow & knee pains I used to have this time of year.

Guest guest
both, and also sometimes in bone not near joints, ie shins, forearms. It has lessened though. Lynda (in the UK) ----- Original Message ----- were you guys getting the pain in your muscles or joints, or both? seems to be better one day, then worse the next. It's probably one of the top things that scares me. Along with the foggy memory.
