Dale, thanks for your reply. No I'm not on any diabetes medications

yet. I will see the endocronoligst the end of the month and we will

see what she has to say.

I've alreayd tried to watch my carbs but had no idea how many I

should or shouldn't have so now I have an idea, thanks!

I already excersize 30mins or more a day so no problem there. :)
