Generally the younger the better and potentially easier when one doesn't have to schedule around school and activities. You'll probably want to check out tips for teaching kids to swallow capsules. > from his hair test, it showed high in tin (diapers) > *Also in some toothpaste in the form of stannous fluoride. > and antimony
(flame retardant clothing. the diaper i can understand... but he
very rarely wears flame retardant clothing-i think he only has 1 pair
of pj's like that, he usually wears big t-shirts to sleep in. so that
i don't get!
> *It's used in strollers, carseats, playpens, bedding including the mattresses, etc. You can get chemical free futons from abundantlife.com or soaringheart.com but need a prescription for them to make it without any flame retardant. I got my prescription from my acupuncturist. Antimony may also be used as solder on some water pipes. >
i am sure he has mercury issues because my dr gave me the flu shot
while i was in my 2nd trimester preg. with him , i also had rhogam
and then antibiotics for strep b during that preg. and of course, i
(foolishly) kept him up to date on his vaccinations.

any advice much appreciated!!!
jenny

=======================================================
Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Some kids do have this problem. Generally it is because the chelator and/or protocol was not right for that child. > my son is 3 in april, so is that too young? I chelated my youngest, starting when she was age 2-1/2. > from his hair test, it showed high in tin (diapers) and antimony > (flame retardant clothing. the diaper i can understand... but he > very rarely wears flame retardant clothing-i think he only has 1 pair > of pj's like that, he usually wears big t-shirts to sleep in. so that > i don't get! What about his mattress, your carpet, couches, other furniture, etc? Dana Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest guest Posted April 3, 2004 Report Share Posted April 3, 2004 Does his hair test meet the counting rules? My autistic son was almost 2 yo when I started chelation. Today, after 40 rounds of chelation, he is a different boy, almost recovered, no more speech and language delayed. He went fron non verbal to speaking in full sentences in a few months. I follow Andy's protocol, very very low dose and a dose every 3h, even at night. DMSA only first and then DMSA + ALA. I met with several Dan doctors before deciding on the chelation protocol. They all have different views on what " chelators " to use and the protocol to follow and what are the requirements before starting! Today, I am so happy I did not listen to any of them and followed Andy Cutler's protocol. > my dan dr was hesitant to chelate on our son because he has seen > other children lose like a year's worth of progress after they began > chelating... > > have you guys heard of anything like this? > are ya'll all chelating...or using other methods? > > my son is 3 in april, so is that too young? > > from his hair test, it showed high in tin (diapers) and antimony > (flame retardant clothing. the diaper i can understand... but he > very rarely wears flame retardant clothing-i think he only has 1 pair > of pj's like that, he usually wears big t-shirts to sleep in. so that > i don't get! > > i am sure he has mercury issues because my dr gave me the flu shot > while i was in my 2nd trimester preg. with him , i also had rhogam > and then antibiotics for strep b during that preg. and of course, i > (foolishly) kept him up to date on his vaccinations. > > any advice much appreciated!!! > jenny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is the routine result of following the DAN! protocol or otherwise chelating in a wildly inappropriate and harmful manner. > > have you guys heard of anything like this? All the time. Happens to adults too when they use crazy protocols instead of reasonable ones. > > are ya'll all chelating... Chelating, using proper protocols that make people better instead of worse. > > or using other methods? > > > > my son is 3 in april, so is that too young? no. It is a great age. The earlier the better. > > from his hair test, it showed high in tin (diapers) and antimony > > (flame retardant clothing. the diaper i can understand... but he > > very rarely wears flame retardant clothing-i think he only has 1 > pair > > of pj's like that, he usually wears big t-shirts to sleep in. so > that > > i don't get! The bedding, matteress, carpets, and upholstery in your house are also usually flame retardant. Children absorb antimony far better than adults. Since the literature is in a foreign journal the regulatory authorities here ignored it when they decided antimony was a great thing to expose all little children to every night. > > i am sure he has mercury issues because my dr gave me the flu shot > > while i was in my 2nd trimester preg. with him , i also had rhogam > > and then antibiotics for strep b during that preg. and of course, > i > > (foolishly) kept him up to date on his vaccinations. > > > > any advice much appreciated!!! > > jenny Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
