Guest guest
Quick Hot And Purple-make cream of rice cereal a bit thicker than usual (with or without DariFree powder in the cooking water.) When done, add raw honey and frozen blueberries, and stir. Buckwheat- make hot cereal from Kasha per package instructions, with or without the egg. Cinnamon and raisins are a nice addition. Sweeten to taste, serve with vanilla rice milk or DariFree. Pancake sandwiches- next time you make pancakes, freeze any extras in matched pairs in ziplock sandwich bags. Microwave, perhaps spread some margarine or approved spread on them, and insert a hot sausage patty. I make my own sausage patties with ground turkey, sage and salt...that's all. Storebought corn-free cereals (health food store) such as Sweetened Rice Flakes, Rice Crunch-ems, Maple Buckwheat Flakes. Sausage and potatoes, or sausage and sweet potatoes. Muffins, coffee cake, breakfast foccacio, etc with fresh or frozen/thawed fruit and/or sausage. Trader Joe's or health food store toaster waffles. With jelly and margarine, or with canned peach slices, or for birthdays, with gfcf ice cream! French toast. Bread pudding. Hmm guess I better think some more about that gfcf bed and breakfast...I like making breakfasts and desserts more than lunches and dinners.... Guest guest
I just bought Arrowhead Mills Rice Flakes. They taste just like Frosted Flakes.
