Guest guest
Fabulous, ! I am so impressed. 50 pounds is really terrific. When I used to travel for work and they fed me, I could suggest that I had some food preferences. Even though the food is catered, if someone has a food allergy, they could be in a host of trouble feeding food that caused the allergy. So, you might be able to ask ahead what the food is to determine what kind of arrangements you must make. You might also suggest you have an allergy to fat (wink), that you need some special dietary arrangements. They might be able to help you out somehow. Fifty Pound Goal Hi, all: I've been MIA for a few weeks with computer problems, but I've finally caught up on all the SWW emails. I love this group! You guys have even gotten me interested in the Tour de France. I watched it yesterday--quite thrilling! I'm getting ready for my California business trip in a few weeks. I'm still very concerned about what I'm going to eat since my company will be feeding me (they're bringing in breakfast and lunch, and we'll all be going out to dinner together). Still not sure exactly how I'm going to handle that. I've lost fifty pounds as of this week. I'm so happy! Tory, you'll be happy to hear that I've been dreaming for WEEKS about what I would do to treat myself. Still haven't decided entirely. I might get a radio to listen to while I'm walking, or I might get a French press (for making coffee). Then again, I might just buy myself a foot massager. Oooo--THE POSSIBILITIES!! Have a great day! Guest guest
, HUGE congratulations to you on your 50-lb loss! That's a wonderful landmark to see pass by! I completely believe in rewarding ourselves for these special moments, and I hope you have fun deciding on what that reward will be! Keep up the good work... Guest guest
!!!!!!!!! That's great, what a way to go girl!! I've been missing in action somewhat too, just can't seem to get to the computer or wrestle it away from the kids this summer. Went on vacation for 10 days and can't seem to catch up, lol!! You're always away for a week longer than you're gone because you add prep time AND catching up time when you get back. I'm sort of staying the same here for about 5 months now and need a kick in the pants to get my last 20 off. Good for you!!! in Calif. Guest guest
Congratulations !!! Fifty pounds is beyond awesome! That's a small child, or a really big bag of dog food! So let us know what you decide upon. For my goal reward it took me over a year, but I finally decided on lasik surgery on my blind-as-a-bat eyes. I'm doing it the end of August and I can't wait! > Fifty Pound Goal > > > Hi, all: > > I've been MIA for a few weeks with computer problems, but I've > finally caught up on all the SWW emails.
