Guest guest
Debi, I've yet to find a cf/gf cheese that's not totally gross. There's Soymage and Toffutti as your two basic choices. We've read some conflicting things about Tofutti, so we go with Soymage. (we get it at our hfs) eats Soymage " American " slices on his grilled cheese and the " Cheddar " in mac-n-cheese. I think kids are genetically programmed to eat mac-n-cheese and grilled cheese no matter gross it is. Pat in Ohio
Guest guest
This probably (certainly) sounds ridiculous, but, are there are any cheeses out there that are cf and soy free?
Guest guest
Eileen, We can't tell what will work on you in the middle of a mini flare or dieoff. As you know, what works for one, doesn't work for another - particularly so when the gut is flaring one way or another. It's possible, it's possible not. Trial and error, Eileen, trial and error.
