Hi Eileen,

It could be die-off as the symptoms are often flu-like. It could be also that

you have caught a cold because your system is healing therefore weaker...

My die-off symptoms are always a mix of fatigue, runny nose, sneezing, coughing,

stuffiness...

my daughter often sneezes and has a sore/scratchy throat when she's going

through die off.
