I do have some loose skin, but not near as much as I would have had I not been exercising the whole time I was losing. That's my best suggestion to you...don't try to lose it too fast and exercise. Sheila question for the 'big losers' out there And I do mean 'big loser' in the most positive light! :-) I know that there are several people on this list who have lost substantial amounts of weight. Maybe this is a superficial concern of mine, but I'm wondering about skin. Specifically, as you lost weight, has your skin shrunk or contracted along with you? I've got quite a bit of weight to lose and this is something that has been on my mind. I'm not yet thirty and am hoping that my skin will still be elastic enough to adjust gracefully. Thanks!
