I'm only 3 months post-op! Bad girl, I know!!

Here's what I ate yesterday. My nutritionist wants me to be at a min of

1200 calories a day...and yesterday I got to 1180.

===========

7:00 a.m.: 8 oz of calcium fortified organe juice(130, 2g)

8:00 a.m.: Sara Lee mini bagel with brummel and brown yogurt spread (100;3g)

9:30 a.m.: Dannon Light and Fit Fruit Yogurt Smoothie (80, 5g)

11:00 a.m.: 8 club crackers with cheese (210, 7g)

1:00 p.m.: 2 homemade meatballs w/ Parm cheese~(200, 18g)

3:00 p.m.: turkey and cheese on 1/2 mini bagel~(130, 13g)

4:30 p.m.: string cheese and sliced turkey (90, 14g)

6:30 p.m.: homemade chili w/ cheese ~(180, 10g)

8:30 p.m.: yogurt (60, 4g)

Haley, you are doing really well with eating, but if I ate as

frequent as you do I would be so sick of food by now. Keep up the

good work.
