Has anyone actually dripped goat yogurt? I would think there wouldn't be any solids left!Yup. Worked for me! THere was a lot of liquid though. Pour Dieu, pour terre,Alyssa =D

Note to newbies: the instructions say to heat the milk to 180 F

regardless of what type of pasteurization you buy.

Note to Rory: you should always state when you write something that

differs from the accepted SCD practices.
