the L/C plan I would have defiantly Gained if I hadn't. Well, two weeks ago

I started Atkins Intro. Except for Thanks Giving, The day after Thanks

Giving and the Day after the Day of Thanks Giving. Well, I'm back on track

and have developed my own Atkins Plan. I have lost 1 lb. in Two days.

My plan is Timed, L/C, L/Cal, L/F. It works for me. Here is my plan.

Time Meal

8 am Whey protein powder, vitamin C (1,000mg)

9 am Workout

10:30 am Meal [egg white omelet] with Glutamine, and vitamin C

1:30 pm Meal 3 [5oz chicken breast, small salad]

4:30 pm Meal 4 [snack]

7:30 pm Meal 5 [6oz of tuna, 1 cup of vegetables]

10:30 pm Whey protein powder, vitamin C and Glutamine

This is only a sample plan. I keep my Caloric intake to 1,500 or under a

day. My carbs I try to keep to 15 or under, Though sometimes that doesn't

work and I do go up to 20 carbs but NO further. I also keep my fat intake

down and try to concentrate on only the good Fats. I use a lot of Tuna Fish

(in water) but I sometimes add my own fat like Olive Oil. I take a

Supplement and I plan to go out and get some Flax Seed oil soon.

I use a Protein powder that is Enriched with Glutamine, 98% Lactose Free,

Aspartame-Free and is L/C-1G and has 80calories. If anyone is interested in

this it is called: Body Fortress, Precision Engineered Whey Protein. You

can get it from Walmart. I use the Vanilla Flavor. If you don't care for

the taste I sometimes use some Splenda and some Cinn. in it. But remember

the extra Carbs if you do.

Well, That's all Folks.

Happy Carbing,

MiistiiRose
