I needed that time to recover but to also figure out how to get my protein and water into my body. I imagine if you physically feel well enough to go back to work then you should but you should also have a meal plan for the day. The best way I have found for me is deciding the night before what I will eat, how much protein the meals consist of, when I will eat... and then follow the plan. I turned white as a sheet and just NEW I was about to throw up. It came from nowhere. I haven't done ANYTHING wrong... I still don't feel so hot.. the nausea is gone after about half hour.. but my stomach is just rolling... I feel like there are lil people in there rolling around...I am sure this is * no thing* I see where other people have nausea that last for days and days and months.. so I am not complaining..
