Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have been reading this list for a long time. I am not pregnant but I do intend on it one day. My question to all of yall is I need to start taking a prenantal vitamin and I need advice on what to take. I used to take Prenate Ultra. I took it for three years before I had WLS in Feb. 2003. I have tried to resume taking it several times since but each time I get horrible stomach pain. I have tried to take it with food and even at night when I go to sleep. The problem is that even after I stop taking it the pain presists for a week. I finally figured out that I probably have an ulcer again so I started taking Prevacid, this should help. So here is my question... Can someone recommend a prenatal vitamin that is gentel on the stomach? I am also looking for a small pill, this sure would be nice. I would really appreciate the help! Thanks,
Guest guest
~ MY OB gave me a chewable prenatal vitamin that isn't too horrible on the stomach or the taste buds. It's called Nutra-nate. Hope this helps! Jackie
