DO look for " USP Progesterone " and at least 500 MG per ounce. This seems to be a strength that I can use and feel a difference with. I have some right now that I am going to resell as I bought 2 bottles, and I can't stand the smell of it! LOL So I will just resell the second one which I have never opened. Someone posted their source for this on here last week and I ordered some of that as it was very reasonably priced. In fact cheaper than I had been able to find it on Ebay most times!
