They all make me crazy and I told my lawyer today that I have yet gotten any help for my back and I am in agony!!! I hate this being all about money and would like to have an insurance company that really cares!! Do you think that will ever happen? Well want to quickly finish looking at the mail and need to go out for a while! Take Care and LOL! I did think you were a nice person by the way! Best Wishes!

I think there will be insurances out there that care, when the sky turns pink and pigs flies. They are a business that sells you these policies to make money and they are gambling that you won't get injured or sick, so when you do need the money they make you jump through so many hoops it is not funny.

I hope you lawyer can do something for you.

Mine isn't workman's comp but I have gone to 3 IME, and yes they don't like to say I have RSD so they suggest one thing or another and yes they do mention that there could be some mental problems. So I am thinking that 3 is a magical number for them. Who knows why they do what they do.

I also recieved a phone call earlier that I have to go and see another IME for workers compensation in early November. I spoke to my attorney and he is going to check into it for me considering this will be the third time I had to see one and yet to have any treatments for my back!!! They all make me crazy and I told my lawyer today that I have yet gotten any help for my back and I am in agony!!! That stinks DawnI'm still waiting for an answer on my IME that was done close to a month ago, no one seems to have a copy of it and Im having a real hard time believing that the Dr who did it hasnt had it typed up yet. If thats the case the person should be fired! I have called every week for the last 3 and havent gotten anywhere! I am going to call the UR woman yet AGAIN tomorrow....I just want to be treated and I dont think Im asking much am I?I feel your pain and aggrivation Dawn, maybe someday people will start caring...Ya ok..thats a pipe dream LOL but hey cant fault a person for dreaming!!Many hugsDonna

Surprisingly the IME dr that I went to did state RSD type 1 but

somehow I wouldnt be surprised if they turned around and because he

did state that..will probably send me to another one..BUT it was one

THEY chose not me...oh well its all a waiting game.

.. It flows to areas that are under stress or something like that. I didn't get to choose who I was going to see, and even the date and time I was to see these guys. So for everyone who have to go to these remember that these doctors are not there for there for your well being, they are there to help your insurance company prove you are n
