Guest guest
I have not looked at how foods react to my bg. How does one get started? Do you just write down everything you ate and then test 2 hours after? How do you know which food raised the bg? Guest guest
That's exactly how you start, write down your food & then test. Start not at a buffet but with pizza for dinner, no breadsticks, pasta only or something like that. You can pretty much not worry about the zero & little about of carb food & just focus on the high carb stuff. My biggest problem isn't figuring out how food effects my BS but WHEN it effects my BS. Best of luck. I'll tell you now, it's a never ending learning process. Kris Dale Kreutzer wrote: I have not looked at how foods react to my bg. How does one get started?
