beer and alcohol shouldn't be so often but, shots of hard liquor does

have less carbs that is my drink of choice when drinking but, it does

hinder the greatest loss.

alcohol hinders loss because it is burned before fat so essentially stops

fat burning also it may inhibit your ablility to choose your food wisely .

for me it leads to cravings so i stay away altogether
