Any US Surgeons using Small Incisions?

A few days ago there were a few postings dealing with overseas

surgeons using small incisions as part of their resurfacing

procedures. Does anyone know if any of the US surgeons are now using

the smaller incisions. I know that the small incisions that do not

involce cutting through muscle are gaining in popularity among THR

surgeons, but have not heard of a similar situation for resurfacings.
