had appointment with surgen

hello all,

i cant stress what a life saver this group is, Bless every one!

yesterday i met with the surgen, they do know its inasive, but bottom

line is ins money, she suggested a genitic testing, and if i have the

gene, my ins will pay more...... she says i need a double masectomy,

and they then would take out all the big guns for the next two

years.... i had a mri, and will have a ct scan, she will go over the

results monday with me. she said i could wait untill after xmass,

because i need to be ready to fight. i liked her, but i have a second

opion at dana farber cancer instute tomm. i get the impression, iam

kinda screwed..........

Its good to get a second opinion. I don't think if it were me I would wait till

after Christmas but thats a personal choice. I will keep you in my prayers.
