Guest guest Posted September 22, 2004 Report Share Posted September 22, 2004 I believe you're supposed to start tracking your points on the day you weigh in (since when you first started WW, you wouldn't have started the program until that first day you went to the meeting and weighed in.) Does that make any sense, 'cause it's starting to confuse even me. =) Started officially today > I went to the Ww meeting today, and was a little shocked that the > scale said 221.6, when my scale here at home has read 217 for the > last 4 days, and still does. My weigh-in day is Wednesday. Guest guest Posted September 22, 2004 Report Share Posted September 22, 2004 I think WW says you should start your points fresh at weigh-in, but I've seen lots of different approaches. You can really pick any day of the week for starting and ending your points. Just pro-rate the allowance points until then, 5 points per day. Some people prefer to start their points on Monday and try to save them for the weekend. Others prefer to start their points fresh on weigh-in days. I prefer to start my points fresh the day after weigh-in, so if I had an extra points left, I could eat something special after my weigh-in. That way I wasn't tempted to eat something extra the day before weigh-in that would temporarily make my weight look higher.
