I was over at a friend's house yesterday, and he had some kind of flavored cracker he wanted me to try. He said he knows they're wheat crackers, and i figured i'm not too sensitive to gluten stuff, so i had ONLY 1...and WOW! my heart started racing, i felt dizzy & out of breath, bloated and swelled up the next morning as usual. I didn't think i was that sensitive, being all my tests i've had so far are ALL negative for anything gluten-related. I'm planning an enterolab purchase in august when i have cash flow again to check for gluten, milk, yeast, soy and what i think is a check for vitamin defficiency? Well, thanks for listening, and i think i'm gonna be more careful, i was GF for about a week or 2 before the cracker poisoning I would like a yes or no to the gluten intolerance from a doctor, even tho i know that's what makes me sick...
