still sweating!

Oh my goodness. I had taken a few days off of exercising and had been eating a

few things I shouldn't, though I didn't go much over 1800 calories. So, since it

has actually rained for the past few days and one kid is at school and the other

slept in, I thought I'd give my new workout DVD a try. I am still sweating from

it. It's The Rules of Fat Burning by Kathy . Some of the moves confused me

as workout tapes even do, yes even good ole has perplexed me a

time or two! I did an interval workout today and the lower body strength

training session. I made it through both and feel pretty good, though I

definitely need a shower and dry clothes! I'm still weighing myself every

morning and I range between 185 and 183 which is great. I'll see my doc again in

December and he wanted me to lose 20 pounds from 194, so I'm on my way. I just

hope I can get on a good plan and stick to it and get this done. I feel really

unfulfilled with everything I do and I think losing weight is something that

will help me click everything else into place. Does that make sense? I want to

take my ex to court and take away his parental right (he's had no contact with

his son for over 4 years now and my husband wants to be the legal father) and I

can't bear the thought of walking into court as a whale. I don't want to go back

up home and see my family like this either. A lot of people conveniently forgot

I had gotten fat and still think of me as someone I was about 8 years ago. I

tell myself if I lose the weight, I will take myself to the mall and buy

clothes, not just clearance stuff at Wal-Mart. You know, you don't want to spend

a lot pf money because you are losing eight (or want to) and you would rather

spend money on a smaller size. You won't buy the smaller size in case you don't

get there. Anyways, I hope everyone has a great day today and drinks their water

and moves as much as they can. Every little bit helps!
