Guest guest
Way to go Mitch! I wish I could do something like that, but alas, my knee's and feet won't cooperate. So, I use my recumbent stationary bike and I go outside and ride when its not 100 degree's. Keep it up! I enjoy living vicariously through those that can do the running part. Run-Bike-Run Tried my first run-bike-run combo today. I did a 1.83 mile run, a 12.5 mile bike ride, and I finished up with a 1.13 mile run. I really busted it the 2nd half of the bike ride - and as I started the second run, my legs were really dead - my pace on the 2nd run was SIGNIFICANTLY slower then the first. Guest guest
Most folks can run on the elliptical cross trainer or the Gazelle freestyle - without beating one's hips and knees up. Sue who will doing a run on the Gazelle as soon as I can pry myself from my computer Run-Bike-Run > > > Tried my first run-bike-run combo today.
