Guest guest Posted February 12, 2004 Report Share Posted February 12, 2004 Hello I am 3 months post op with a RBHR from Belgium (DeSmet) and have been denied twice by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (Ontario, Canada). I go before the Appeals Board in early March and with the information and leads that I received here have managed to put together a rather plausible argument. But I now know there is even better evidence out there. I thought I recalled reading a post a while ago from an Ontario resident that was successful with their claim from OHIP. I searched the archives and YIPEE, found it! A woman using a name of " barbennis2002 " posted it. Her post was # 11067. A further search revealed that in April 2003 (message #15371) she updated her email address to barbennis (AT) cogeco (DOT) I sent her a message and left all my phone numbers and email addresses. No reply as yet. Does anyone here know her? She has the `key' to make or break my Appeal. A precedent has been set with her case and I need to know the details.
