Guest guest
My car is stocked full of soy crisps, turkey jerky and cases of water. Not much variety but I don't seem to get sick of those snacks and they do a pretty good job of filling me up between meals. Good job on keeping away from drive-thrus. It's very tough to combat that level of convenience! Guest guest
Heck, I wouldn't eat veggies (except for corn and potatoes) until I was about 25. If I had eaten them growing up, maybe I wouldn't be in this position. They are lucky that you are instilling good eating habits this young. I grew up on fried chicken, chicken fried steak, mexican food, and chicken and dumplings (good southern food). Probably another reason I'm in this shape. The sad thing is that my mother weighs about 140 and she ate the same things. Gotta love metabolism. in MI > > > > > > Mike, > > > My local grocery store did not have any soy chips the last time > > I was in > > > there.....Do I have to go to a specialty store or a Trader Joes > > type of > > > place to find those?? > > > > > > Mike T > > > > > > Re: fast foods > > > > > > > > > > My car is stocked full of soy crisps, turkey jerky and cases of > > > > water.
