Guest guest Posted September 21, 2001 Report Share Posted September 21, 2001 Re: Norma's crazy neighbour down the road with red carpet in his drive way, mannequins standing in bushes and plastic flowers in the trees. When came home the other day 2 dogs , sheep, and other critters were lose and on the road. He was going to stop but afraid of the dogs. I am not walking there for awhile.
