For Buttar's formula, contact Wellness Pharmacy in Alabama at 1-800-

227-2627, or 1-800-369-0302 (fax). They will also provide Buttar's

protocol. I believe Hopewell Pharmacy sells their own formulation.

Either way, you need a prescription.

Sonji,

I e-mailed Dr. Buttar after finding his site and asked about TD-

DMPS. His office assistant responded and told me it was available to

any MD or DO and they could call the following phone number to find

out how to order it and get administration guidelines:

704-895-9355.

We are new to considering chelation and are reviewing all protocols

ourselves before conferring with a physician.
