The rhuematoid dr I went to yesterday, (by the way he did not do that scary

proceedure) his office was in a three story building, and you got it, his

office was at the TOP, and no elevators.......explain to me why a dr of

rhuematology when so many of the patients cannot get up the stairs

especially

without pain, would be in such a office??? Germany is not big on elevators

at

all anyway. Kitt >>

Kitt,

I have been in the same situation, but there were elevators, but it was a

long walk. My ex-doc used to be on the ground floor until they remodeled then

he was moved upstairs into a way back corner. I nearly had a heart attack by

the time I got there. I usually struggled up 2 flights of stairs rather than

walking all the way to the elevator then back tracking to the office. At

least it was easier going down, than up.

My new doc since 95 is on the 3rd floor, but it is rather close with the

elevators.

Smiles,
