My daughter will get her driver's licence in a couple months and I have

been looking into rejoining AAA since the car she will driving is not

exactly new. I talked to a few people at AAA and asked how she could

contact them if we rejoined and she had car trouble. It took them a

while but they finally figured out that there is a TTY number to call if

you are hearing impaired. My question is, who has TTY capabilities from

an automobile? I was hoping she could text message them - but that

appears not to be something they can handle. Anyway, for you parents

out there with teenagers - how and what did you do to help keep your

kids safe?

Thanks!

Amy
