Guest guest
Possible Flu/TB shot, eye/ear medications, factory work/coal plants, automotive switches, flourecent light bulb breaking. Maybe the amalgams are leaking? Is he still taking a vitamin? I would be concerned about that lead level too. [ ] DDI TEST RESULTS-yikes! Hi ALL, OK, I have been concentrating on my son, chelating him, and getting my own amalgams out. Today, I received my husband's hair test. YIKES! His mercury is off the chart! I guess he is in need of our immediate attention. I guess I understand the counting rules and all the reasons mercury hides, but what does it mean when the mercury is so high? He has very old amalgams, and no recent exposure that we know about. Last year he was taking ALA as a vitamin supplement, before we realized this was a bad thing to do. Could this be a result of that - from over 7 months ago? He is having a lot of trouble sleeping.I guess now we know why! Any thoughts are appreciated. nne POTENTIALLY TOXIC ELEMENTS element result ref range color ============================================= aluminum 9.3 <7.0 yellow antimony 0.094 <0.050 yellow arsenic 0.1. <0.060 yellow beryllium <0.01 <0.020 green bismuth 0.012 <0.10 green cadmium 0.13 <0.10 yellow lead 2.3 <1.0 yellow mercury 7.8 <1.1 red (off the chart) platinum <0.003 <0.005 thallium <0.001 <0.010 thorium 0.004 <0.005 green uranium 0.008 <0.060 green nickel 0.21 <0.40 green silver 0.06 <0.45 green tin 0.42 <0.30 yellow titanium 0.87 <1.0 green Total toxic representation.. red off the chart ESSENTIAL AND OTHER ELEMENTS element result ref range color under/over 50% ============================================================ Calcium 391 300-1200 green under Magnesium 16 35-120 yellow under Sodium 46 12-90 white Potassium 20 8-38 green over Copper 14 12-35 green under Zinc 180 140-220 white Manganese 0.06 0.15-0.65 red under Chromium 0.35 0.20-0.40 green over Vanadium 0.063 0.018-0.065 green over Molybdenum 0.023 0.028-0.056 yellow under Boron 104 0.30-2.0 green over Iodine 1.3 0.25-1.3 green over Lithium 0.008 0.007-0.023 green under Phosphorus 367 160-250 red over(off the chart) Selenium 0.73 0.95-1.7 yellow under Strontium 1.3 0.50-7.6 green under Sulfur 47000 44500-52000 green under Barium 0.18 0.26-3.0 yellow under Cobalt 0.007 0.013-0.050 red under Iron 5.9 5.4-14 green under Germanium 0.044 0.045-0.065 green under Rubidium 0.023 0.007-0.096 white Zirconium 4.4 0.020-0.42 red over (off the chart)
Guest guest
I think the high hair level may mean that his body is able to some extent to dump it but that he has lots to dump. I would certainly consider getting rid of the fillings. Guest guest
Does he eat sea food? My hair test also showed very high mercury and I do not have amalgams, and did not have any of the other common exposures. Eating fish and sea food, even in a moderate way, could cause toxicity. Guest guest
Hi , Yes he does eat some sea food, not a huge amount. I had forgotten about that obvious thing! Although we eat the same things, and my hair test doesn't show it. In fact I don't even meet the counting rules, with a mouth full of amalgams that I am removing now. I would have thought my mercury would be sky high with this recent exposure. I am wondering if my test is inaccurate due to the hair coloring on my hair. The one good thing about it is, I think it has scared him enough to get started on his own teeth, so he can then chelate. He would have put it off forever otherwise. Thanks, nne [ ] Re: DDI TEST RESULTS-yikes! Does he eat sea food? My hair test also showed very high mercury and I do not have amalgams, and did not have any of the other common exposures. It means he is mercury toxic, and he is one of the minority of mercury toxic people who have good enough mineral transport to be able to register as high mercury.
