any older babies with hanger helmet?

Hey ladies,

we decided to go with the Hanger helmet. My daughter will be

11 months old by the time she gets her helmet. The cranio facial

surgeon we saw said she'd only need the helmet for about 3 months, but

the lady at the orthotist office said it would be more like 6-9 months

instead. that freaked me out a little bit. Is there anybody here who

has experience with the hanger helmet on an older baby? Is there a

helmet preferable over others for older babies????

I'd appreciate any input on this!
