Guest guest Posted April 16, 2006 Report Share Posted April 16, 2006 Tonight I made an Indian meal again (had to use up the second half of the paneer I had left from the other night!). So, I made Simple Indian Rice from the rice cooker cookbook, Green Beans with Onions and Tomato (Sem Sabzi) and Cucumber and Onion Yogurt Relish (Kheere ka raita) from The Bombay Cafe, and Paneer Cutlets from Nita Mehta's Paneer All the Way cookbook. It was pretty yummy! I REALLY liked the indian rice made in the rice cooker- very good base for an indian meal. The cucumber and onion yogurt relish was also very refreshing.
