Guest guest
Hello everyone! I just subscribed to this lovely group. To tell you a bit about myself... My name is Eva, and I'm 28 years old. I'm German originally, but I moved to Sweden two years ago to live with my girlfriend. Right now I'm doing my residency in psychiatry in a teeny weeny town... which is why I don't wanna go to the one meeting they have here. LOL! Anyway, I did ww a few years ago, with good success. I had to stop when I did my rotation in surgery, because the work was so hard that my points simply weren't enough I heard that the new Flex Points system is more, well, flexible in this regard, so I decided to try it. My BMI is 31 right now, and I'd like it somewhere around 23 or 24 again. That's about 20 kilos. *sighs* I'm not planning to weigh myself every week, because I got a bit obsessive about that last time. My goal is to feel better, and to eat better so I get all the good little vitamins and minerals. I ordered the letter course, and it will probably be a week or so until I get it... so I'd be thankful for all hints you might have, because I don't know at all what's changed with the Flex Points system. I'm really looking forward to get support here, I was scared I had to do it all alone if I don't go to the meetings. Hugs! Eva --
Guest guest
Guten Tag and Willkommen Eva! I really like Flex points, as well as Core, but I need more discipline than Core can give. This is a terrific group. It has grown quite a bit in the last little while. I'm sure you will get plenty of tips to make your journey successful. I look forward to reading your posts. Guest guest
Hey Pat, I really really hope I will make it. The thing I like about WW is that I know if I eat op, I'll have everything I need. Very comforting. Hugs Eva -- Re: New here Welcome Eva; Your goals to feel better and eat healthier sound very good, and I am sure you will make it. Weight Watchers is a good and healthy way to live and eat. All the best. Pat from K.C. New here Hello everyone! I just subscribed to this lovely group. To tell you a bit about myself... My name is Eva, and I'm 28 years old.
