I suppose I should request it, or is it too late now that I've been on MTX for a year?Do you have lung involvement? Remind me, my brain is jello. If not, don't worry about it--if they ever decide to put you on one of the BRMS--Humira, Enbrel, Remicade--they'll do the test then. Hugs,me I originally did ... my lungs are just scarred now only. No more active disease in the lungs. I won't worry about TB testing unless my disease becomes active in the lungs again. Joan, I'm going on my 3rd year with the MTX, and my livers fine--better now that I'm on remicade. Maybe you won't have to go off it, and if you do-- then make sure they titrate you up on something else so that you know what is doing what.
