Guest guest
Hi guys, I'm pre op. I weighed 245.0 this morning! yay, hopefully I'll be 243 or 244 tomorrow, as I have to weigh in tomorrow at weight watchers =/. I only was bad one day this week! so I feel I did pretty good I just haven't been drinking all my water. ANYWAY!! for Thanksgiving, my mom made plans for my side of the family to all go to Knotts Berry Farm Thanksgiving Buffet. We have reservations at 5:20pm, I'm not sure what they have there, but I always count my points so I'm sure I'll do fine! -Happy Turkey day everyone! -Dawnyel 298/245/

Guest guest
I will be going to my in-law's today for our traditional Thanksgiving dinner, but will just limit my portions and will not eat any gravy on my mashed potatoes and homemade bread stuffing. I look forward to my mother-in-law's baked turkey because it always falls off of the bone and then on Thursday, we will go to my parents house for dinner and then will do nothing while my wife is on her Thanksgiving break from the school where she teaches. Guest guest
We're going to my brother's house in Sacramento. I think all of the family will be there, so it should be fun! Our house is getting remodeled right now, so no chance of us cooking here ... we don't even have a hooked up stove and our fridge is in the living room hehe. I'm excited for the day-after-Thanksgiving sales, OH YEAH!!! Now that I've dropped some weight, I'll be faster than ever ) > > > What is everyone planning for Thanksgiving? > > Robyn >
Guest guest
I'm preop and am having a hard time deciding how to handle it. I'm going to have dinner with my friend Bill and his brother. We always do the whole thing....turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, etc. My surgery is Dec 4. I'm stuck between knowing that it will be a while before I'll be eating food like that again and wanting to continue losing weight before surgery (I've lost 17 pounds this month). I guess the solution is to have what I want but in MODERATION. in MI > > What is everyone planning for Thanksgiving? > > Pre Ops?--How will you spend your Thanksgiving Day? > > Post Ops?
