Hi DD:

I'm not feeling too spiffy, but c'est la vie! I'll live, ya' know? I had to have the my hole, which was home to the former tooth 2 weeks ago, stuffed with some sort of crud because I have a dry socket & I was to have another badly infected tooth pulled today & got the wonderful news that since I don't have straight up & downy like nerves but ones that go off at angles,(there's some sort of medical jargon for it, but I'll be damned if I can remember it since I just had to laugh when I heard about this because I can't get a fargin' BREAK!) & due to my "health history" & let's not forget the menu of meds I take, I am now considered a high risk patient & must have my teeth surgically removed, one by one, en route to dentures. Joy joy joy! It's just so great to be such a FREAK, I keep them docs & dentists on their toes huh? The dentists asked me if I wanted to keep my "healthy" teeth & just have some sort of partial denture made & I asked them if they were sadists because I will not keep having infections build up & keeping me sicker than a dawg. The verdict on the tooth in my sinus is still up in the air since it may be wise to just leave it be. The dental surgeons had conferred with a general surgeon & mt primary & they believe that as long as the huge pocket of infection that surrounded the "normal" tooth & the one in my sinus clears up & does not reccur, they can leave it be & that's what I am praying for since another major surgery would not be something I want to deal with again. The only thing that really blows is that I really really really want to be put under general anesthesia to have the rest of these teeth pulled because I panic & absolutely hate hearing the crunches & cricks & pops & feeling like they're gonna rip my face off to get the stupid tooth out. Since I had a hard time recovering from general anesthesia when I had my gall bladder surgery & due to the list of health probs & complications, I was told that I am not a candidate for general anesthesia unless it is for major surgery. I have a serious problem tooth that has an abcess infection in the bone & that has infected the trigeminal nerve on the left side of my face, which occasional sparks up bouts of trigeminal neuralgia which is said to be the most painful ailment known. That tooth, no matter what anyone says, is going to require general because that nerve is so tender that even air blown on it sends me into agony. I'll go to another dentist & lie if I have to, to have that puppy pulled.

Hemmingway, I need to try to sleep. I am staying at my parents' again due to the proximity of the hospital that I must go to for this dental stuff. I am bummed because I wanted to just get this other tooth yanked & go back home to my Edgrrr & Manny Choobah Choobah, the other pusses, & well, Joe too. But Edgrrr is the one I miss most because he likes to cuddle upinto the crook of my arm & just kinda purr me to sleep. My parents' have 2 kittens that are just crazy & even though they calm down for 5 minutes or so, they beat the crap outta me all night long, so I am sleeping solo. There's no need to thank me for answering Sherry's questions, as I knew that everyone was feeling very down & besides, I like to hel out when I can.

More than likely, I will be back to being MIA for a few days after the morning's events. I am hoping that every day that goes by it's easier for you to think happy thoughts & relish sweet memories of & your Tigger.
