Is Dylans " chair " a power chair or a scooter?

I have not had time to read all the posts and have to get a scooter....

NOT a power chair which is why I am interested in the 25 mph you talk of.

Hi Debbi, His is/will be a power chair. I really think that 25 mph is way to

fast. I would think at full speed, hitting uneven pavement could send you flying

off and possibly tip over, don't you think? Guess I won't know till I take it

for a test drive myself. Cindy
