No, I don't have this- but it could be a mild allergy- either to corn

or to whatever " butter " is on them. My Mom experiences a scratchy

throat after eating some veggies, so she avoids them.

I get a slightly itchy throat and mouth when I eat fresh pineapple.

Funny though, it doesn't happen when I eat the stuff from the can.
