Guest guest
Neli, Did you write and thank your doctor? I know it sounds like a silly question, but everyone likes to get positive feedback. It may be that the Dr. had to persuade his superiors to be allowed to do the myo. Will you be going back to that hospital for post-procedure check-ups? If not, what about writing the doctor occasionally and keeping him up to date with your recovery news? Maybe you can get the doctor some positive coverage in the media. That might be positive for the hospital and provide them with even further incentives to perform further myos. I think getting the women in the cities that have access to the internet informed would be a very good first step. These women will then act as " multipliers " of the information. They will probably have sisters, cousins or other friends and relations in the country and the information will slowly get through. You need to be very focussed on what you can do and not get discouraged by what you can't.
