Some will say they didn't need to monitor. I say if you use DMSA, its

wise to run liver profiles to make sure everything is safe. ALA doesn't

cause this problem. If you have a doc that will order tests and be

supportive, a Dan isnt required.

My son is 2.10 yrs old. We don't have a DAN yet! Does one need to

have a DAN to 'monitor' the chelation process?

No, lots on the list do it on their own with the support of others in this

group.

In fact. most people do better on their own or with the help of an open

minded but admittedly un-kowledgeable physician because very rew DAN!

doctors actually know anything about chelation and they often use

random very harmful protocols for no apparent reason. A few DAN!

doctors are very good. Unfortunately just finding someone on the DAN!

list is no more helpful in finding a good doctor than checking the AMA

member directory.
