Tattoos? The bad girls conference?

I think this should be called the " LOOSE SCREWS " conference!

I have it all figured out. Instead of having " LOOSE CONNECTIONS " , etc. " ,

someone. (and not to name any names, but I think the sweet, quiet little angel

{He He, He, He -this is a hint} that started all of this, may just have a bit of

an accent, not that she wasn't joined rather quickly by some of us without

accents!) And, I believe the original " idea " was that it might be a good idea

to change our " state of minds " a bit, as opposed to the " state of our collagen "

while at this conference, have some extra fun & no doubt, it would likely be

some people who have some " LOOSE SCREWS " in their brains, instead of their

joints, actually! I mean, it's not a bad idea, we really sort of do it anyway.

As, we are all so tired, silly & just plain old " wasted " by the end anyway & I

don't think anyone has much brain power left, as it, so this time, I guess

it's starting out that way, long before everything even starts!

For those of you that have never been to a conference, believe me (I think

I've been to @ 9 already), the conferences are FILLED, 24/7, with learning,

friendship, answers to prayers, answers to perhaps your lifelong questions,

emotional support & more than you could have ever hoped and/or dreamed it would

all

be. From the first moment you are there, you will feel like you are

home.......... You won't have to explain anything to anyone, you'll be accepted

for

who you are, unconditionally, you will almost feel a sense of freedom, one of

belonging & will most likely come away, with not only a tremendous amount of

knowledge that will continue to evolve in your mind for years to come, but you

will meet some of the sweetness, most caring & understanding people that you can

possibly imagine & no doubt make numerous life long friendships, that often

will feel to you, just like family. OK, so maybe some of us are a bit on the

crazy side........... I just tell everyone, when I act like this, that the

ligaments that hold my brain together, are loose too!

You will likely experience almost every emotion, from one spectrum to the

other & will likely laugh & cry, (whether it be on the inside or out) more in 3

or 4 days, than you may have, in the previous 3 or 4 years! They'll likely be

both tears of happiness & sadness & the laughing can, I must say, often give

you the need to hold a pillow or something around yourself to make sure you

don't dislocate anything while you are hysterical laughing!

Having said that, it seems that this conference, seems to have also taken on

one of even more fun & frolicking then usual, not that we don't always have

that too..... HOW FUN!

Well, now that I'm done being serious, I must confess, that I'll probably be

right there with all of the other crazies & come home with one extra thing

that I never thought I'd do!! Yes, Sue, I think if there's trunk space in that

van, just maybe I'll join you all!

So Sue, tell me, do you think we should rent a bus for this? (Just kidding.)

OK Aase Marit, Deb & all you crazies out there that I cherish & carry in my

heart with me on a daily basis, you've got me thinking!

I was going to say that I was thinking that I should go along, as sort of a

chaperone, as I do still hold valid RN licenses in both NY & NJ, but I know

none of you would believe me!!! Let's just say most of you involved here, know

me just a bit too well.............

To those of you that I already know & cherish, I can't wait to see you all &

to those of you that will be joining us for the first time, you truly have the

most awesome experience to look forward to. More than you could have EVER

hoped & /or dreamed of.
