Today:

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with sharp cheddar and oj

couple glasses of coffee

Lunch: leftover steak with sauteed shrooms and lightly steamed cauliflower

Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack: couple handfulls of raisins with pecans

Dinner: chicken cooked in tomato sauce with italian seasoning and brussel

sprouts roasted in bacon grease with onion and garlic.

wow we're on the same time and you eat so much more advanced - it is so specific

PS thought we could only have mild or med cheddar?

i don't know about the being more advanced. sometimes it really bites me in the

behind. like right now, i'm really C... in the last 2 weeks i've only gone a few

times. it sucks so bad. i don't know what's doing it... i'm only eating

tolerated foods. some illegals must be getting slipped in somewhere. the foods

i've been listing are the ones my body tolerates. like, i can't eat broccoli or

peanut butter and can only eat almond butter, pecans, and raisins in small

amounts but i seem to overdo that too much and is probably why i'm in the

prediciment i'm in now.

the btvc says cheddar cheese is legal. it says nothing about mild, medium or

sharp????

alas... i always move too fast :(

You're just trying to eat like a normal human being would.

Having gone through surgery I realize that healing just takes time.

I think it is the same for you and all of us.

We need to be softer with ourselves.

Easier said than done aye?

the btvc says cheddar cheese is legal. it says nothing about mild, medium or sharp????I think it said use mild and medium as desired, and use sharp occasionally. Pour Dieu, pour terre,Alyssa =D

Breakfast: Beet Brownie, Yogurt with Honey, Water

Lunch: Yogurt with Honey, Squash Pie Filling (from BTVC), 1/2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil,

Green Tea,

Dinner: Diluted Pineapple Juice, Deviled Eggs, Chicken Fried Steak (using Pecan

Meal in place of breadcrumbs), Zucchini/Crooked Neck Squash with Butter, 1 Tbsp.

Almond Butter with Honey, Frozen Yogurt

During Relaxing Bath: Diluted Grape Juice

Before Bed: Green Tea

I had my all time high in calories today at 1800! I think I might be gaining a

little weight back too :-). However, my carbs have been high these last 4 days,

at around 160g.
