Guest guest
It ccould be the start of M. I get the same feeling. My whole body will feel like I am on fire. Sometimes it can be embarrasing. especially when I am at work. Luckily everyone knows what I am going through and when they see me grabbing my fan one minute and tearing off my jacket. and then all of the sudden I putting my jacket back on and whipping sweat from my forehead they understand. Boy, I thought I would never be happy with wishing for memopause to be over. I also have problems with my bladder and have to go a lot. and in the night when I am sleeping and have to go I get hot flashes. Its the weirdest thing. tt starshinespedestal wrote: We have been talking about menapause and perimenapause, pre etc. Heres a question for those that have either suffered or suffer now of menapausal symptoms. Also those who have ever had a panic attack. In October I went to the emergency room for what was I beleived food poisoning. According to the hospital when I came in, I was also having a panic attack. I was thinking wow... why that! I have never had one, didnt know what it felt like, only seen my sister-in-law who has them several times. So anyway, to make a long story short, I had another attack just this Saturday night. Out of the blue, sitting on the couch I felt this strange hot sensation start around my stomach, as if I may have diarrea.( Felt the same as last time when I went to the emergency room) THis time I tried not to panic as the surge of Hot went ALL OVER my body and stayed for a period of less than a minute. My heart would palpatate some and then I would get another one. After a few of those, my legs began to shake and I got chilled. I stayed this way for quite some time, drank a ton of water and went to bed because I was extremely tired. I had no diarrea this time or vomiting. This is the weirdest thing I have ever felt. I am wondering if I am going through menapausal symptoms now and its not infact panic attacks. I was able to carry on a converstation while this was happening. Anyone know the difference? We have been talking about menapause and perimenapause, pre etc.
