Guest guest Posted August 25, 2004 Report Share Posted August 25, 2004 Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that I have been following the core food list since Sunday and keeping track of my points, since I was not officially doing the plan yet, and this morning at weigh in I was down 2 1/2 pounds!!!!!! I am really excited about this because normally I lose 1/2 - 1 pound at a time and that is all, never this much at once. Today I am starting the core plan officially!!
