One lady said she was at a platue and the core got her out of it and back to loosing. then last week one lady said she was at a platue too and the week she did core she lost over 4 pounds, but she missed the food on the flex and went back and that week was the week of our meeting and she had gained 1.6 pounds going back on flex. I am not sure if she decided to go back on core. I have only been going to WW 5 weeks now and don't know all the people yet and lots of people switch around on the meeting times so we have different people there all the time. I don't have much desire to do core, but I guess if I was stuck and not loosing I would give it a try. bye cindy Kallie wrote: I would really like to try the Core program for just one week, but I am afraid I will gain 4 or 5 lbs on it.. Guest guest Posted November 14, 2004 Report Share Posted November 14, 2004 I've been doing Flex this week as my kitchen is pretty much packed up and I've either been eating what can be had straight out of the fridge, with friends, or at restaurants. Flex just seemed a little easier. I haven't weighed in yet but will do so on Tuesday and will see how I've done on Flex. I will probably switch back to Core when I'm settled again, as I've noticed that I feel better when eating Core foods and don't crave sugar at all.
