Yes, a, I did make a menu plan for the week, and I went to the store this

afternoon. I bought eggs, cheese, salmon, shrimp, veal, bacon, and a turkey

breast. Also some fruit and salad stuff. I am ready. Did you throw out the

junk and go to the store?

I hope so!

As others have said, get your mindset in the right place! You can do it if you

think positively. Remember when you did the survivor island? What was that? 3

months? See, you can do it if you put your mind to it!

Well I threw out the junk. I didn't make it to the store though and I

forgot to take a roast out too. Hmmmm.

So, a, how was today? And are you prepared for tomorrow and the rest of the

My day was great . Thanks for asking. But I did have a little too much low carb cheesecake. But the rest of the day had a salad with meat and cheese on it for lunch and salmon and a salad for dinner. I won't tell you how many slices of cheesecake though. I think I am prepared but now you and catherine are making me think. I need some more cukes and peppers for my salads. I can have salmon tomorrow. But then after that I either have to take something out of the freezer or eat cold cuts. I surely do have enough cold cuts though. But perhaps I should boil up some eggs and try hard boiled in the morning and see if I can keep from puking.
