My son has always been So small for his age, under 5th percentile etc. Last test (before diet) showed he wasnt absorbing nutrients properly. We have been on the diet for 2 1/2 months and this morning I noticed that his legs seem fuller, chunkier. I am so happy. Maybe he is getting healthier. Yeah! > Thanks for listening, (Blake's mom, 3 1/2 -- maybe he weighs 30 lbs now!) > I share your excitement. My children are tiny too. Since the diet my daughter (71/2) has finally reached 42 lbs but for her that makes her the 25th % for both height and weight. My son, however was off the scale small earlier this year. He is now 4 y 3m and weighs 32 lbs (a stunning increase from 23 lbs 10 mos ago). The diet finally made my daughter start eating normal portions. in Ohio
Guest guest
I didn't gain any weight until around 6 months. (I'm 3 yrs out from Open RNY). Total weight gain was 16# (Dr's office) 18# (my scales)....lol It was all gone within 2 weeks when I started eating more protein and the albumin shifted out of my hips, legs and feet!~ Sheila
