Guest guest
Well, 72 calories w/ no fat and no dietary fiber is one point. BUT, the more calories you have, the more points something is. So, 172 calories is the most calories you can have for 3 pts. w/ no dietary fiber and no fat. Which is a lot less than the amount for one point- 72x3 =216 calories. I believe that our daily calorie amount at 20 or 22 pts. is around 1200-1400 calories a day. Please correct me if I'm totally off on this. 166/153.6/130 (all-time high 175) calories eaten vs burned > How many calories are in 1 point? You could eat 20 points each day, but unless you are eating the EXACT same thing each day, you are probably taking in slightly different amounts of calories. You might want to track your eating for a day or two at your points target, keeping up with the calorie amount in everything you eat. If you do that for two or three days, then you could see an average. April > BUT, the more calories you have, the more points something is.
